I have had the same problem. According to some research I have done online in the past, most pregnancy test are supposed to be done several days after the missed period. Even the ones that say they can be taken five days early, really means five days after your missed period. Also, there were some studies showing that the most accurate pregnancy test was "First Responce." So, I would wait atleast another week. If it is still coming up negative, then go to you dr. Your body is most likely just adjusting to being off the pill. Hope this helps :-)

You could be taking the test too soon. Personally, I had to get blood tests when I was pregnant. The urine tests always came out negative, even the one at the hospital. I was 6 weeks along the first time and 5 weeks the second, but I needed a blood test to actually confirm it. If I had waited another week or two I may have gotten a positive, but I'm not that patient and even if it came out positive I would still get blood work done to confirm so I just went sooner rather than later for it.

When you get off the pills, it could take months for your body to get back to normal....or months to get pregnant. Sometimes, the pregnancy test says negative because you are testing to early in the pregnancy and the pregnancy hormones are not strong enough. Also, stress could be a reason why your period hasnt come down yet.

The same thing happened to me while we were trying to conceive the first time. My period did not go to a regular cycle for a long time and even then it could vary. Pregnancy tests are usually pretty accurate. I've never had one be wrong and I took them quite often during the three years it took us to have our first child. The tests rely on detecting a hormone that is only there when you are pregnant. If you don't trust it, Planned Parenthood is a great place to go talk to someone. That's what I did and a few years ago their tests were $1 and the counseling is free. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and really care about women's issues.

If it replaced into an early reaction attempt then that's likely precise. attempt making use of a digital style so your particular you at the prompt are not misreading it. oftentimes now a days being pregnant attempt can bump into being pregnant 5 days earlier a ignored era. there are various of elements that could reason a era to be overdue so i'd not be too demanding. Wait per week and then take yet another attempt.

My tests came back negative 5 times.... Then another proved it to be pregnant a week later. To see if I truely was, i went and bought the most expensive one i could find and it came up "pregnant".

You could be stressed out and that will DEFINATELY delay the start of your period. Wait a few more days and take another test. If you're having any sypmtoms then I would call your Dr....but remember sometimes you start to think about it so much you start THINKING you have symptoms. (breast tenderness/swelling, sleepy, nauseous, etc)

You could be testing too early, or you are not pregnant. Wait another week and test again.
