Not necessarily - some people star each and every question they answer! I only give a best answer to those who answered the question intelligently and thoughtfully!

You should give the best answer points to the person who's answer is the best. Dont do it out of pity, or for any other reason.

I do because I want to get the three points. If it's something I don't agree with, I give them 1 start and explain why I disagree.
