There are still delinquencies on my credit report that were not charged off/chapter 7 - how do I resolve these? There are 6 creditors.

If they were included in the bankruptcy, they should be on one of the decleration pages.... send a copy of the pages with that creditor on it as well as a copy of your discharge... to each of them... you may want to send it certified mail so someone has to sign for it... that way you have recourse when still disputing it for them not removing it from your credit rating.

Did you tell your lawyer of all your debt, Including those 6 creditors? If so, contact the lawyer's office ASAP. They should handle it for you, that's what you paid them for!

if you included them then dispute the items. If you did not then reopen the bk and add them
