Do you have any tips on male modeling? Or how to find an agency?

I'm almost 14 (few days) and 5'7 and 127 lbs. I have braces at the moment (they come of next year) I have a few pimples as of now; but sometimes my face is completely clear. Do you have to walk runway? If so how do guys do it? Do you have any extra tips that I should know? Judging from my picture do you think I could make it? Also i have a yahoo 360 so you can check those out too. (There isn't anything pervy)
