Corn Huskers Lotion is mostly glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant which means it attracts moisture to your skin. There is nothing magic about any particular brand of lotion. Read the ingredients. If you want to use glycerin to soften your skin but can't find Corn Huskers Lotion, then look for any lotion that has glycerin as the main ingredient.
Also consider alternating with lotions that contain oils, mineral oil, lanolin, etc. Some people complain that they feel greasy but since oil and water don't mix, oil will keep MOISTURE IN your skin better than many ingredients.

My Aunt used it.
I think the lotion is still around. I do not live in Canada; so no I do not know if it is available in Canada.
You could make a solution pf water and glycerine. that works pretty good.
Get a bottle of glycerine at the drug store, and pour it into a container. Fill the bottle with water, and pout the water in the container. Close the container and shake well. Then apply yje water and glycerine to your hands.

I'm in the USA so I don't know about Canadian availability. I've seen it, but never used it. If it is available you should be able to find it at your local drug store with the lotions or first aid supplies.
The label on the bottle is yellow and looks old-fashioned. The lotion itself is clear (if I remember correctly).
