First off...it's let's kick it like Tae-Bo. Kickin it is like hanging out. Chilling with someone. Spending time. and I'm sure you know that Tae-bo is a sort of exercise that is mainly in kickboxing form. So therefore in lamen's terms...you are hanging out. Simple.

Tae-Bo is a type of aerobic/martial arts workout by this guy named Billy Blanks. He sold workout tapes and stuff.
