This is a scam under couting cars is from the 80s my unkle has worked at the honda plant for 20 yrs I have been on the lines when they had tours the chasis is dipped in a tank so that it wont rust save your money.

I agree with Gary. Having aftermarket rustproofing is such an 80's auto dealer scam to get profit..but point is you might defeat the purpose because the water drainage holes can be covered, causing water to be trapped inside, and ta-da! rust.
