i woke up this morning and had a sore throught what do you think this is? how did i catch it why dose it feel this way?

you could be getting strep throat, or even just a minor cold. they sometimes start with a sore throat

Honestly, there could be a lot of reason why you have gotten this. But it would be best to take antibiotics(that is the safest way to do it) and drink lots of lukewarm water:) I assure you this would be better the next day:)

It could be many things:
You may have strep
If you cleaned the house or did yard work, it could make your throught sore
You may have allergies

You probably slept with your mouth open and it made your throat sore for the day.

it might be strept throat. i just got over that. anyway, you can catch it from soiled food, i got it from candy from the ice cream man, or kissing or making out with someone who had it. If it hurts when you swallow then thats it, also if your tonsels are swollen. I hope this helps and i hope you feel better!!! :)

calm down. just drink tea each day until it goes away. sore THROATS arent a big deal.
