Look for Advanced setting in BIOS and look for BOOT OPTIONS..make the first boot option the name of your CDROM~~make your system disk hard drive the 2nd boot option...then make sure you hit F10 after your selections inorder to save those options and you computer willl reboot~

There may be different bios menus or procedures.
Try pressing F8 when the computer is starting this should take you to bios set up.
Or check for another command in the start screen
You should then be able to choose the priority of sampling
e.g 1. CD, 2 C drive, 3 Floppy etc.

When the computer is booting up press delete until you go into a blue screen with writings. Thats your BIOS. In the second option look for boot sequence. Have your computer boot from cdrom as the first device. Then you should be able to boot from the cd. I dont know exactly what you are trying to do but thats how you do it. Maybe you trying to re-install windows? Well, anyways thats how you do it.
