Say " Look, I'm quiet because I don't have nothing to say to your a**, now could you stop trying to involve me in your bullsh*t conversation because i really have no interest in hearing this sh*t !!" Hope it works out for you.

I usually just tell them " I really don't wish to speak to you just now, so if you'll excuse me..." then walk away or turn your back. Sounds rude, but I really wish more people would be honest like that instead of being two-faced. If you don't like me and don't want to talk to me just say so, and I'll never bother you again. Simple! Good luck
