my gamecube is corrupted?

i had a memory card and it was corrupted so i got a new 1 and evrything was corrupted on that memory card too. then when i brought my memory card to my friends house, it worked fine. if i get a new gamecube, will all of my memory card work?

its possible but dont buy a new one get a nintendo wii instead it can still play all your old gamecube games
