A croc's tongue doesn't move—it's attached to the bottom of its mouth.

It is attached to the bottom of their mouth, so if you mean something like stick it out and go "bpbpbpbpbpbpb" at you, no, but there is a bit of movement that is possible, nothing extravagant, though.

yes to some extent but they dont have as much control as humans do
