I've tried Visine and other wetting drops, but they don't seem to work very well. Any others that work well or other types of solutions??

Humm, I'd try drinking plenty of water, sounds like your system isn't flushing out the toxin as well as it should be.

You know, when children are jaundice its because their livers aren't functioning right, their skin is an orangy tan, and the whites of their eyes are yellow, they need plenty of vitamin D, and plenty of water to get them flushed out...

Adults can be jaundiced too...So, I'd try some Vitamin D, and water....after about a week or two, see if they aren't a little better....

Well, what color are your eye whites? If they seem a bit yellow, then that has something to do with your liver(hepititas, I think) , and you need a doctor to do some tests. If you have red eyes, maybe you need some more sleep, drink plenty of water, and stay away from excessive alcohol and smoking. Also, you could you have allergies. Some people actually need help producing tears, which you'd need a prescription eye drop for. Best advice...go to the doc, and have a check up. Best wishes to you!

Since you are using visine, i am guessing your eyes are red ( because of course it depends on what color your eyes are turning to, i.e yellow could be a sign of hepatitis)
usually, though, if your eyes are red you are not getting enough sleep, you are drinking too much, or perhaps you have allergies. Best to take care of yourself, eat and sleep well, and check with a doctor perhaps.
Good Luck

Hi

It can be caused when you are drinking too much alcohol so maybe try cutting down on that if you drink... if you dont or are too young too etc then try taking vitamins like multi vits.

Eye drops wont help with the colour.
