According to the CIA World Factbook, the ethnic breakdown in Cote D'Ivoire is:
"Akan 42.1%, Voltaiques or Gur 17.6%, Northern Mandes 16.5%, Krous 11%, Southern Mandes 10%, other 2.8% (includes 130,000 Lebanese and 14,000 French) (1998)"
Another source (The Africa Guide) gives these figures:
"There are more than 60 ethnic groups, the key ones being the Baoulé in the center, the Agri in the east, the Senufo in the north, the Dioula in the northwest and west, the Bété in the center-west and the Dan-Yacouba in the west. Migrants from other west African countries account for up to 40% of the population."
And Africa tripod says:
"The main ethnic groups according a national survey in 1998 are: First Baoulé, Second Senouho, third Dioula, and fourth Agny."

The two major ethnic groups in the northern part of Ivory Coast are the Dioulas and the Senufo. This article from the BBC explains the ethnic divide.

Guro-central Ivory Coast, Yaure , Ngere, Lobi and Baoule also from central Ivory Coast this also the countries largest ethnic group. Bete is another tribe President Laurent Gbagbo is a member of this tribe. In the south west pat of Ivory Coast.
Be aware there's over 65 ethnic groups, but I gave you the major ones.
