Mardi Gras ends on fat tuesday , the last day before Lent begins on wednesday > this year it was , I believe , Feb 21st.
You are in Lent , no parties until Easter , sorry .

'Yes, Mardi Gras is over but St. Patrick's Day is next weekend and that's a huge parade! Lot's of parties.
