Of course he's wearing a toupee! If you google "John Travolta hairpiece" you will find websites with photos of his hairline over the decades and close up shots of him with the toupee on where the lace front piece is visible around his hairline. Also, you will see a few pictures of him taken in secret without his piece on...dramatic difference!

if not a hairpiece, maybe that hair transplant surgery. i am sure tom cruise and brad pitt, etc did the same.
