Well Bob doesnt know what happened he just knows what his bro. and cousin saw and the girl is telling everyone its his baby, but everyone keeps telling him it cant be his but its starting to ruin his rep. So she might just be trying to pin it on someone. Thats just all i know

He shouldn't have to pay child support and the girls should be in prison for rape if this is how it happened. He has to come forward and tell his story especially if he has witnesses. She is a sexual predator and she needs to be put away.

The same DNA testing that proved her child wasn't her boyfirend's could proved the child isn't Bob's. So that's the natural next step.
The thing is, Bob got really drunk and alcohol (and alcoholism, for that matter) can easily wreak havoc on multiple lives - which is why drinking is not such a casual sport. What if Bob had instead been driving a car before he lapsed into unconsciousness.
The alcohol poisoning came from drinking too much, not from bad alcohol. He was vomiting - he could have died choking in his own vomit.
While Bob may have been a 'victim' from the way this story is told, dead drunk behavior has consequences.
Maybe the child is Bob's and he will have to deal with those consequences. If you think that he could take the mother to court to plead that he is blameless and was 'raped,' well, a lawyer would tell you what his chances are of succeeding with the scenario you descibed.
I agree Bob is in big trouble and had he been awake, perhaps it would not have occurred. But in a court of law, I'm sure the case would be made that if he was so totally drunk, he might just have had sex for the fun of it, anyway. Alcohol and no protection - sound like a familiar story?
I'm sorry for the guy. I'm hoping things work out, mainly for the benefit of the child.
The DNA test will tell.

The guy should not have to pay child support in such a situation -- no. But you do realize that you're going to have a very hard time proving the story you've provided here, right? Make sure everyone is willing to provide sworn testimony in a court of law.
You should discuss this situation with an attorney as soon as possible.

I dont think an unconscious man could get an erection - if there is a "Bob" he shouldnt have to pay. I am guessing though he never pressed any charges which would make his rape claim harder to use now weedk/months after the fact. He should get a DNA test - I doubt the kid is his!

If she was drunk who knows who baby it is. She could have been pregnant before she raped your bro. No he shouldn't have to pay child support but you'll have a hard time proving it if you take it to court. Lots of people think guys are incapable of getting raped.

one of my friends...(a girl) raped a guy once, so it is possible for a guy to be raped. don't let all these other morons tell you different.
she cannot make him pay for her stupidity, although when he found out that he was raped he should have reported it to cover his azz in case some stupid sh!t like this happened....which it did. he has witnesses to say that he was passed out, and his brother who walked in on this while it was happening, so take it to court and make sure you have all the witnesses you need, and tell that biatch to !@#$ off. she is an attention grabbing whore obviously so don't let her get away with this.

You must be talking about the Bob in the Viagra commercials because...............................i don't know, it sounds just a tad strange.
If that story was just used for an example than "no", because he was not able to make a choice and think about the consequences of that choice.

That sounds like BS to me. If the guy was passed out....how's he get it up and then to orgasm. Wow...she must have been amazing! LOL!! Not a funny situation, but come on...sounds like the girl was desperate to get prego and was hoping to put the blame on Bob!!
