2 entire grain toaster waffles with peanut butter Egg, ham and cheese sandwich. Scrambled eggs with feta and spinach Cream of Wheat Cream of Rice Grits Cereal with a fruit and milk Yogurt with granola and fruit. Kashi pass lean crunch with yogurt 2 slices of french toast with cream cheese on one and jelly on the different and prepare like a sandwich.

Sort of - I had an egg-beaters omelet with mushrooms. It also had sausage and cheese so I'm sure that negated the healthy effects.
