What horror movie is this? Please help.?

When I was a kid, my babysitter let me watch a horror movie one time and there's a chance it could have been one of the Halloween movies. I remember one scene had a couple sleeping in their room at a hotel, dorm or someplace like that, and the man went to check on a noise, so he slid open the viewing slit on the door and a crazy guy was staring back right in. The crazy man started chopping the door down with an axe, but then my babysitter stopped the movie because my parents came home. There was also another scene where a guy walked into a dark room and there was a string with a small sandbag on it hanging from the cieling. After pulling the string, he fell through a trap door and was hanging upside down while a giant fan moved towards him and chopped him up. The third scene I remember is police checking out a murder and at one point they put a severed hand holding a hamburger into an evidence bag while an old man witness tells about someone's eyes being nailed up on a wall.

It sounds like one of the Friday the 13th movies, Probably 3 or 4 possibly 5. Because part 1 was set in a summer camp setting and Jason's Mom was doing the killing.
