I missed my period of 10 days. On the 7th day, I did a home pregnancy test and the result was negative. Just on the 10th day, I did another test but the result was still negative. A few hours later, I was bleeding. I experienced cramps just like the one during menstruation. I haven´t asked a physician anything about it yet. Do you think I am not pregnant at all and the blood that came out is just an ordinary menstruation? Anybody who has ideas about it, please tell me.

It sounds ordinary. Even if you have the most regular menstruation, there are times when the cycle will change. Mine is pretty regular, but every now and again it will come later than usual. Dont worry, especially if you took 2 tests and they both showed up negative. Expect for this one to be a little heavier than usual though, but you aren't pregnant.

It is possible for the home pregnancy tests to give a false negative. However, it sounds as if you are probably just experiencing regular menstruation.
Are you trying to get pregnant?

Your period was most likely late. The average cycle spans form 21-35 days. As long as you have what appears to be a normal period that is with regards to flow and duration, it is probably just that a period. If there is something unusual about the bleeding consult a physician.

Go see your doctor.
You could have been late due to stress about being pregnant (or hopeful - it is called psychosomatic, or mentally fooling your body into thinking you are pregnant because the hope is so strong), or you could have been pregnant and then miscarried. False negatives are more prevalent than false positives, so I would just go to the doctor and find out for sure, just to put my mind at ease. They will be able to tell if you were at all pregnant or if it was just a late period.
Good luck!

If you bled for a little while, it sounds like it could be your period. Implantation bleeding only occurs roughly 2-8 days after ovulation, and if you were expecting your period over ten days ago, then that wouldn't be it... good luck though.
