I think you are looking for CoachUSA and/or United Limo.

I think Coach USA owns both now.

There is a shuttle bus that runs from the city of Milwaukee directly to O'Hare Airport which is run by Wisconsin Coach Lines.

Also, Amtrak runs directly from Union Station (downtown Chicago) to the Milwaukee airport.

But, I am not aware of a shuttle bus from the Milwaukee airport to O'Hare.

Slider is right about the Coach USA. The same coach bus can also drop you off in Downtown Milwaukee at the Amtrak Station.

There is also a Megabus service with fares that begin at $1.00 between the Amtrak Station in Milwaukee and the Union Station in Milwaukee.
