I have had recurrent breakouts under my arms... I need to switch my deoderant.... No antipersperant, just doeoderant.
What is a good product to use that will be a little nicer on my skin?

I have had the same problem. I have very, very sensitive skin. I use the Dove "Fragrance Free - Sensitive Skin" and try a different razor and cream such as Skintimate "Sensitive Skin" as this will not leave behind any perfumes to cause irritation as well and a great razor is the Shick "Personal Touch" that contains a strip of aloe and vitamin E and I've not found a better razor with less razor burn or razor bumps and I've tried many.

Most other brands with dyes and perfumes gave me hives (as you are experiencing) and some left this absolutely terrible underarm odor. I never had a problem until I had a hysterectomy that changed all my hormones.

Now I can only use those products and Cheer "Free and Gentle" and Bounce "Free" dryer sheets no perfumes or dyes. All of the others cause the hives, itching, body odor and such. Hope this helps.

Remember, your fabric softener could also be the cause of your problem as the perfumes get in the armpit area of your clothing and thus causes the irritation as your pores open when you sweat and your choice of deoderant may be wearing off to allow no protection.

Good luck and let me know if it works out for you.

Try some natural deoderant crystal. I use deoderant stuff without scent or baby poder smell cause I find if the deoderant is scented that is what makes me irritated.

I think Dove is one of the best. But if you have clinically sensitive skin, I'd tell your doctor. They may be able to give you something to help you.
