Surya got the boot lastnight. Here's a recap:
The remnants of Kinetic gather in their cold tent to discuss the slog ahead while Surya holds court over Arrow, telling them how wise he was in switching teams. His speech doesn't go over well. Frank finally has enough and leaves the room. The teams meet with Trump and Steven, an executive from GNC, to get their next task: perform a halftime show at a Los Angeles Galaxy soccer game to promote GNC with Steven deciding the winner.
Arrow jumps on Tim's idea to stage a boxing fight and pit an "average Joe who has been beaten up by life" against a bigger person. When the average guy takes a GNC nutritional supplement, he'll then whip his opponent.
Kristine, who has run halftime promotions, steps up to become project manager for Kinetic. They decide on doing a "GNC Vitamin" challenge where people in vitamin costumes will run through a "clotted artery" and other health-related obstacles. When Muna keeps asking questions, Kristine tells her that she knows what she's doing.
Muna continues to be a thorn in Kristine's side as they work with builders to construct their obstacle course while Arrow's James is concerned that the boxing ring is too small for a large arena. Surya gets frustrated as his team becomes more and more concerned about their event.
Kinetic goes first with an energetic Angela working the crowd to kick off their zany obstacle course. Muna translates everything into Spanish so everyone in the crowd understands what's happening. Then Arrow is up with their boxing match, but the crowd seems bored and Steven looks mystified.
Steven thinks Kinetic had good brand integration and that their show was entertaining. However, he feels that Arrow had poor brand integration and that their concept was too hard to follow, which means that Kinetic wins.
For their reward, Kinetic travels to the number-one rated golf course in California, Trump National Golf Club, for a round with Trump and Mark King, head of TaylorMade-adidas. As a bonus, each of them gets a full set of "Donald J. Trump" brand golf clubs.
Back at the tents, a visibly emotional Surya hides behind some bushes as a few candidates offer a show of support and some advice for the boardroom.
Trump has Frank explain the concept of their boxing event. Tim admits it was his idea but says it was poorly executed. James weighs in that Surya was a bad leader and Tim agrees. Nicole also thinks Surya wasn't a good leader while Kristine remains diplomatic. Ultimately, Surya decides to bring back James and Tim.
Surya tells Trump that in retrospect he wishes he didn't switch teams. However, he says that Arrow needed discipline so it was no surprise that he butted heads with them. James argues with Surya and tells him that he cuts people off while brainstorming
Surya says that he kept the brainstorming session open, but that no one had any other ideas. Tim agrees, and Kristine offers that Surya fit well with her team. Surya says that James should be fired because of "disloyalty." But while Bill Rancic feels that Surya has a point, it just doesn't matter and Trump tells Surya, "You're fired."
I have to say that his team has set him up from the beginning as an outsider and he was the one who was going to go if they lost a challenge. Not too fair when he stepped up to join them when they were down and lost so many challenges. This was his reward. I believe they made an error on this one.
Hope the helps.........

Gene Simmons replaced into moved to the girls group because of the fact the PM on the beginning up. Kodak replaced into their shopper this week and their job replaced into to sell, promote and sell Kodak printers with some new value effective ink. The execution on the mens section replaced into terrible yet their message replaced into greater acceptable; while Gene as PM had made his very own concepts as to the concentration of the job that have been askew yet carried out o.k.. Gene replaced into obdurate and bullheaded interior the boardroom calling the Kodak executives incorrect for his or her opinion and he further decrease back Omarosa and Jennie who did no longer make contributions to the lack of ability of the job so he replaced into FIRED.
