step back, take a deep breath, & give yourself time. when life hits you hard you've got to do what's best for you. maybe you can find some solice in the fact that your loved ones are still w/ you, you just may not be able to see them. sorry for your losses & good luck.

You need to acknowledge your grief. Look at the good things in your life. If you have children, if you see a special flower, hear a bird singing, these things are gifts from God to pull us out of whatever funk we are in and for a moment realize there is beauty & joy all around us. The grief will pass, I hope noticing the gifts from God will not. Still praying for you Sunshine. It will pass, just no where near fast enough.

You know that is tuff and i think that even santa clause himself would give in to grief in that situation. But its essential for you to find a way to live with it -- take the time you need, and be respectful that the world has to go on around you even if your not ready yet but sooner or later you have to come to the realization that no matter how much you grieve your loved ones are no longer living on earth but they still can in your heart. And stay strong because life will get better go to those around you for support and don't isolate yourself that will make things worse.

Life cannot turn you into the opposite. Your reaction to life turns you into the opposite.

People die. That's a fact of life. You can grieve for them because you miss them, but you decide the level of that grief.

Being positive is ridiculous. Buddha was asked what he thought of a man who, on seeing his house burning to the ground, said "wonderful, now I can build a new house." Buddha replied "the man is a fool."

Bad things happen. Trying to spin them into positives is ridiculous. But putting them into perspective so that you can live your life is possible, and it's all up to you.

Well, OF COURSE you are down! You just lost 3 people you loved to death! How could yu not be down? DON'T BE SO HARD ON YOURSELF! Sheesh! I'm surprised that you are worrying about being too down. You have to realize that you need lots and lots of grieving time right now, and if no one understands, then forget them! You have to keep your sanity right now.

Don't try to be positive. Allow yourself to grieve, and when your grief is over, you will find yourself to be exactly what you are, a positive person filled with hope.

I am sorry to hear about your lose. But I am confused about your question and about your lose. It is not your fault that you have lost your love ones. But when I try to be positive and it doesn't work well it can be very fusterating but I need to learn how to deal with the fustration that is the most important key. Sometimes life works like that, but you just have to move on. Again I am sorry about your lose it must be really hard.
