What is the consensus for Easter holidays. Do we take Easter Friday & Easter Monday off or is it just Sunday?

Normally, Good Friday can be taken off from work. As a teacher, I used to get Friday and Monday off, but no more. This is the last year we are even getting Good Friday off!

Friday is often given as a day off as it is the day that recognizes Christ's crucifixion. There are several religious days that tie into Easter - Shrove Tuesday, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday.

Normally, if a holiday falls on a Saturday, we take Friday off; therefore, when a holiday falls on Sunday, we take Monday off, unless otherwise specified.
