NBA 2k7, it was realistic, sometimes it is too easy to score, I can score 150 points easy with the bobcats on hall of fame mode, don't get live I heard in fact that Live wont even make it on PS3, people were trading live left and right to get 2k7 and 2k7 is cheaper too at that, but it will be defenitely worth it, plus they have the players actual shots like shaun marions ugly shot to jason kidd blowing a kiss at the free throw line, so 2k7 is the way to go.

If you like realistic NBA games, nba 2k7 is the way to go. The game runs very very similar to how a normal nba player reacts.
if you want something you can pick and play with your friends quickly NBA street homecourt is what you want.
and you have to wait for deals, 2k7 i think you can find for 50$ now, but NBA home court is going to be 60$
nba 07 is a piece of trash.

As a rule I wait for EA Sports to come out with a game before I buy. They seem to have the best sports games with few exceptions. the ESPN brand makes the best college basketball game but for Pro, I'd go with NBA Live when/if it comes out.
