a blood test should be able to tell you as soon as you concive......but with a home test you need to wait until you have missed your period before you can take one and get the right answer good luck

Taking pregnancy tests too soon can be a waste of money. I went through 3-4 PT's before I actually got a "positive" result the last time. You don't want to test too soon and get "false positives", so I would suggest going to the doctor and taking a blood test. The blood test measures the amount of HCG (the hormone your body produces once you are pregnant) in your blood, which can be detected much faster than in the urine. Good luck!

Go to the store and get a pregnancy test. Usually in ten minutes (or shorter) you will find out the results.

Yes, there are Early Pregnancy Tests (EPT's) that can detect minute traces of the hormone indicating pregnancy. Check with your pharmacist.

You should be able to tell with a blood test, but I'd wait another week or two if I were you - do an HPT and then a blood test. It's just easier on your emotions.

You should go to a walk-in clinic, and see a doctor, who can better help you answer this question. The sooner, the better. Go to a professional. You can also ask a pharmacist. Ask him/her when is it time to take a pregnancy test.

You cant do an at home test until you are either very close to your period time or you are late. A blood test can detect it earlier though.

a pregnancy test shows up positive 1 day after your missed period .. or 5 days before your missed period with an EPT.

within 2 weeks,get a 2 pack of EPT
Do both tests, one for verification of the other.
It checks to see if there is ayone HCG in your urine,if there is then You're preggers
