Shot in the dark here..but something like "Walk through time or time machine" and then do different sections of the place you are having the reunion in different decades (ie. 20s, 30s, 40s) so everyone feels like they have played a part in it.

That is various age group. It would be a lil bit difficult. The easiest thing, if everyone will be in a group as a whole would be to have some type of picnic at a large park of some sort. They can bring pictures, children and grandchildren, if wanted. That's about the best I can think of right now, especially since I am about to fall asleep at this computer....LOL.
