A dear friend of mine appeared in an intimate dream of mine. This is the first time this happened to me (about her) and I'm already dating someone. Should I be worried?

Nothing at all needs to be done, although you might do a mental check to see if you find her attractive in a waking state. Sometimes your subconscious is telling you something, and sometimes its just too much chili for dinner.
It isn't anything to worry about.

No. Dreams are just a way your mind works with the information it gathers during the day. It doesn't mean anything. It could just mean that you were thinking about intimacy and then thinking about a friend and somehow, your mind puts them together in your subconcious.

It was just a dream, keep it that way. If it is mearnt to be it will be and if it is not there is nothing you can do about it. So get busy and keep your mind occupied with the real world.

If you need to ask, you already are worried, don't you think? So maybe you need to evaluate your feelings about your friend.
