During the time Cap A was frozen, there were loads of other Cap A's pretending to be him, so it is possible.

I sure hope so. I can't believe they killed him off. Superman came back, as well as the Flash (new person) and Green Lantern. I am sure that he won't stay dead forever. If he is gone for good, they made a huge mistake.
