Everybody's different. Some people start showing at 6-7 weeks, others in the 5th month.

I am also pregnant with my second child and I am 30 weeks along. With my first pregnancy, I was showing to family/friends at around 16 weeks but this pregnancy, not until 22 weeks or so. And I just bought my first pair of maternity pants 2 weeks ago!
Everyone's body is different. There is no time frame on when you should be showing. A lot of women that are in great shape have stronger abdominal muscles and don't show till later on in the 5th or 6th month. A lot of women show sooner after their first pregnancy. You didn't say how far along you are.....
I'm sure your baby is fine. Trust me.....once you start showing, you only grow bigger and bigger everyday! Enjoy what little pouch you have!

pre- pregnancy with 1st baby I was 5'1 and 115pounds, I started showing at around 24weeks/6 months..
pre-pregnancy with my 2nd baby I was 5'1 and 130 pounds, I started showing at 16 weeks/4 months.
the later you show the better, when you get 9 months you will be so tired of carring around that big belly....lol

Everybody's different, because you're tall you might not show as early as a shorter person as the baby has got more room to hide.

3 months is the time you should show
but you will see a little bump around 2 months because you are very thin

All pregnancy questions on here seem to have the same answer ....
EVERY PREGNANCY IS DIFFERENT.
With my first, I didn't show until what would be considered "Longer than Normal"
With my second, I began showing what would be considered "Earlier than Normal"
You'll begin showing when your jeans don't fit anymore.
