The most pain was 2 years ago in a motocross race. I cased a jump and broke my arm which was a compound fracture. I landed on that arm and the bone punctured my left lung. Stabbed my self with my own bone!

Not sure if this counts as self inflicted......I was watching my families animals. 2 cats and a dog. One cat is so fat we call him fat boy. Well I went to get fat boy and bring him down the stairs since he doesn't like stairs. I missed the last step and landed on my foot hard. I tore through my ACL tendon, dropped the cat and screamed for a full 5 minutes. Then I had to crawl to the phone to call for help. Each movement made me wince. That was the most painful thing I have ever felt.

Actually, the birth(s) of #2 and #3 weren't that bad for me....I know......you can smack me LOL
They were twins and I had a C-section......I knew I was having a C-section, I just didn't know it was going to happen as fast as it did. I went in for an ultrasound a month and half before they were due, when the doc was done, I got up and went to the bathroom, came back and he was on the phone with the hospital telling them he was sending me right over........:~O I totally wasn't ready...but that was 11 years ago..:)
Hmmm, the most pain.....I've ever inflicted on myself....would have to be getting involved with their dad....BIG mistake.....'cept I wouldn't trade them for the world....their dad needs to be shot!

Once had little wart-like growths on hands and fingers. I carefully snipped around the base of each, then grabbed each with a pair of tweezers and ripped the root out of the flesh. No anesthesia. Left nice gaping holes and hurt like hell, but they never came back.

I was coming around the edge of a coffee table and my foot went out too far and I rammed my foot directly into the chair by the coffee table. Broke my stupid toe -- Hurt like H*LL

trying a couple drops of the worlds hottest hot sause, I intended to only take one, when three or four came out I thought what the hell and just licked it off my hand. anfter that I was running around the kitchen looking for something to eat drink anything to cool me down.

Probably falling down our deck steps which can get quite slippery and landing face down in the driveway. I have since learned to tuck and roll when I start to fall!

I bounced too high on a trampoline, landed wrong, and planted my knee firmly into my nose. The blood from my broken nose poured like a fountain. It was fun! =P
