I would love to see teams that have unlimited payrolls fall flat. It would prove you can't buy a winner.

Any fan of any team with payroll issues, Royals, Twins, etc. should hate the big dogs for constantly trying to BUY championships instead of winning them.

I know the TV networks don't want either team to fall falt on their faces,It seems the only time the ratings are high during the play offs and the world series,Is when the Yanks and red Sox are playing,So it seems like ,,NY,,Boston ,,And the rest of the WORLD couldn't give a rats @ss about all the other loser teams... See ya,, Become a Yankee or Red Sox fan,,And maybe you won't be so bitter!!

I would like to see Godzilla traded to the Cardinals before the Yankees fall flat on their face. The only thing I can't decide upon is what player (or package of players) the Yankees would get from the Cardinals in my dream scenario.

As for the Red Sox, I don't care if the team wins or loses. I just want Matsuzaka to have a Cy Young-type season and Ramirez to fall flat on his face.

I didn't know anybody liked the Yankees. How can anybody root for these two teams? Red Sox and Yankees are the only two teams that are too synthetic. It's like we have a league full of baseball teams and then two teams with rosters full of cyborgs. Where's the cinderella story. I prefer underdogs. The only time I watch the Yankees or Red Sox is to watch them lose. That is then a good day for me.

I wouldn't be happy if the Yankees have a bad season. I think the Yankees will have a great season. I would like to see the Red Sox have a bad year. Don't wait for the Yankees to have a bad season. That is as likely as Anna Nicole Smith coming back to life.

Cuz, STFU!! Ur so jelous that the Yankees have owned, the Sox have semi - owned, and every other team is just a bystander. That's baseball right now.

Well I wouldn't mind seeing someone else win for a change. They are always the center of attention. They can both do as well as they want during the regular season but I really would like to see someone else win.

I think the Yankees already proved that. I hope everything backfires on the Yanks this season. Red Sox are.....ok....I guess.

GO WHITE SOX!!

I would like to see that happened because it would be nice just to see something different for a change but the chances are slim. They are loaded with talent but there is always hope.
