because it happens in real life and if they jailed everyone its not shown it has life events. many do get off everyday.

The reason is because unfortunatly it happens in real life.
The issue with what happens to Tracy is not just about her getting away with murder in my opinion it is the representation of real life women and men who are in the hands of the charlies of this world. She planned and plottted she was a battered women so I hope to god that they all find out she plotted and planned the whole thing from start t finish.
I believe that they have filmed two endings one with her walking free and another being locked up. The actress who plays her leaves the street for real so it looks like they may lock her up with her family disowning her. They will loose all their money if she goes to jail and if found out she lied and that happened I wold disown her too.
Other let her free and she runs away abroad Peter is coming into it again so she could go with him.
I think Corrie will do what is morally right and bang her up.

Soaps aren't known for being too realistic. Tracey would never have been bailed to her parents house accross the road from the murder scene, for example!!
The actress playing Tracey is leaving so it doesn't look like she's getting away with it to me. We'll see..........

Soap Storyliners have the 'luxury' of stretching the "plausibility strings" to maintain a level of interest in their work. But in general there HAS TO BE an outcome which shows Good winnining over Bad. But always remember the characters; such as Tracy Barlow; are make-believe creations brought to life by actors!!! - OOPs I forgot it is in colour so it must be REAL! - :-)

If the script writers stay true to life, Tracy should get 15 / 20 years for killing Charlie. !! xx
