Yes, all PS3 games in the world can be played on any PS3 console (regardless of whether it is the European, North American or Japanese version of the console). This means that they are region free.

All PlayStation 3 games are region free, meaning they can be played in a PlayStation 3 from any region.
However, the same does NOT apply to PlayStation 2 games. You can only play PlayStation 2 games in a PlayStation 2 or PlayStation 3 from the same region.
