4 as its in group four:

SiO2 ====> O=Si=O

CH3

Si(CH3)4 ====> H3C - Si - CH3
|
CH3

incidentally the second one is tetramethylsilane and is used to give the reference (0ppm) peak in [proton] NMR
Note the CH3 bonds should be with the drawn out structure...
