When I die (hopefully many many years from now) I would like to have my ashes turned into a diamond for my daughter. Do you think that would be strange for her or do you think its something special. I feel that I can be with her forever where ever she goes.. Is that creepy???

I think it is a wonderful idea! My father use to always wear this ring with 7 diamonds in it. When he passed (aneurysm) in 2000 at the age of 48, we were devastated. My father left behind his wife, two mothers, two daughters and two sisters. My mother had the ring made into 7 diamond penants for all the remaining women. The diamond never leaves my neck and brings a warm to heart just knowing it/he is there. You might not have to go through the expense of having your ashes melted, but a favorite piece of jewelry of yours will mean just as much. Your call and I commend you for thinking ahead - for her sake.....

Its not creepy, its sentimental. I would do it too. Good idea.

When i first read the question I was thinking you were talking about wearing you like when J. Lo wears an exotic animal when its dead. Now that would be creepy.

There are many people who wear a necklace with a little container of the ashes of the their loved ones. I think it would be harder to make a diamond out of your ashes because to make a diamond you need carbon and a lot of pressure applied to the substance. I am not sure if there is carbon in the ashes of a cremation though. I have heard that they are making artificial diamonds because they were able to develop a hydraulic machine that could produce the high amount of pressure needed to create a diamond. So your thought is quite a possibility in the near future. I would pass the diamond down from generation to generation, i don't know, maybe adding an additional diamond to the necklace for every person that has passed. That would be neat.

You have too much time on your hands. Figure out what you can do in the present that will help your daughter. She will remember the life lessons you taught. And I don't think a diamond can be made of ashes. Your spirit is what will live on. Creepy question in my opinion.

Actually, I have wondered the same question. When I pass away I want to have my ashes put in side a crystal and you can wear as a necklace. I don't think its creepy. I thinks its a way to keep people close after they have passed.

Are people actually doing that? I think it's a GREAT idea. Not creepy at all. In the 1800's people used to have special hairware jewelry created (rings, earrings, pendants) from their deceased loved one's locks. That's a nice thing, I think. Very devotional.

So the beautiful pair of heels worn in the mattress must be for her particularly than him. The heels make her experience extra beautiful hence making her extra soft along with her important different. Then theres the obtrusive answer that see only desires to spruce up for her important different. As for the 2d portion of the question, men do no longer positioned on footwear throughout intercourse using fact they do no longer care one way or the different. some men might have some form of problem with it yet as ninety 9% intercourse is intercourse no remember what you have on.

I think it would be special. When I die I'm wanting to have my ashes put into several small lockets to give to my loved ones.

I don't find that a comforting idea.

You know your daughter is going to miss you terribly, she won't be able to get past her grief if she's wearing you. Also, imagine how she'd feel if she somehow had you lost, damaged or stolen.
