That's super negative and will not aid in your weight loss. You need to be more positive. How about " I am too amazing and beautiful to be heavy. I can do anything I want"

A to-do list is a great idea!
It's very easy to say things, and just forget about them. But, when you write things down, it gives the writing a sort of permanancy. It's there. You can't ignore it. Your writing is meaningful and purposeful.
So, go ahead. Loose the weight, and then you can cross that off your to-do list, sort of like we cross of items we purchase at the grocery store.

It appears to be a sign of frustration. However most people respond better to positive motivation rather than negative...so instead of calling (or thinking) yourself ugly names, try thinking how much better you'd look and feel if you had some weight off and tell yourself you deserve to be healthy and feel good...

Good luck!
