Ibuprofen -- WalMart's generic Equate brand works fine--lots cheaper than Motrin or Advil.

i use excederin for my headaches. it makes my headache go away within minutes and its the only thing that works for me. im pretty sure its the caffeine in it. i use tylenol of im sick with a cold and im achy. i dont really like to use medicine though so i usually just live through it unless i have the headache or really bad cramps.
