I've heard you voice this opinion before, and it always saddens me, because you seem like a very awesome lesbian girl . . . I don't know why you continue to believe something so untrue.

I know tons of bisexuals who aren't confused at all- they know exactly who they are (myself included). There's no way to "make up their minds", just as much as you can't make up your mind to love men. If you like both sexes, you can't choose to start not liking one of them; isn't that what desire is all about?

Anyhow, you can keep on being biphobic, or start realizing that bisexuality is a real, valid sexual orientation. Surely, there are some people who might be bisexual and confused, but that doesn't mean we all are.

Hope you open up your mind a little.

I am not bisexsual myself, but I don't think that they are confused, or that they need to make up their minds. I don't see the problem with enjoying either gender, as long as you are honest with the person that you are with. I think that since bisexuality has become a sort of a trend among straight women, it gives a lot of true bisexuals a bad name, and it makes them taboo in the lesbian/gay comunity, which isn't really fair to them at all. So, know the difference between the two of them and re-evaluate your statement. I try to always keep an open mind, to each his own.

It's not a black or white world, kitten, you don't have to be all one or the other. Some people are ambidextrous, some people are bisexual. Why do you care whether they are or not? Some people think you're confused because you only like girls and you're only fifteen, but you know better. Why can't you extend the same courtesy to bisexuals?

I think it would be nice if bisexuals had clearer lines drawn. It makes it easier to date them if you know for a fact that they arent gonna be attracted to a man the next week. And for this reason alone, i do NOT date bisexual women. BUT since we'll always have bisexuals amongst us, as long as they're HONEST with their feelings & desires, then i dont have a problem with them. To each his or her own.

I think bisexuality is gross, but I can't help but be attracted to both sexes. More so women than men so that is why I consider myself to be a lesbian. I guess technically I am a hardcore bisexual with a preference for women.

Would you want somebody to judge you because of your sexual preference?!? I doubt it- I saw your other question too- and if you are a "lesbian" (though I'm not sure how you can say you are if you have never had a boyfriend or a girlfriend) then you wouldn't want somebody to judge you because of that... just like bisexuals like men and woman- there is nothing wrong with that- why should we have to choose one or the other if you have the right to choose on your the other (or both?!?!)

I used to think bisexuals were just gays that couldn't accept themselves and would cover up saying they were bi. But after meeting a couple of bisexual people I changed my mind, I think it is possible to be attracted to both sexes and they should be respected like anybody else

Bisexuals are no more confused than gays or straights, and we should be trying to empathize, not lecture. I think it's an enviable position, to be honest.

No we are not confused, we just like both genders.

Why should I only stick to one gender?
