I have problem with xp startup. Every time I turn on the computer a message appears ''press a key to reboot'', it says. I press a key on all that happens is that the same message appears over and over again. I've tried not responding to the message and let it fix itself but it doesn't work. I've even tried the recovery cd but that wont work even. So i anyone has experienced the same problem or knows how to fix it, please let me know!!!HELP!!!

Looks to me that the Windows Boot files have been corrupted.
You're best bet is to bootup from the Windows Installation disk, choose either Repair, or just reformat the HD and install from scratch. (I would do the latter of the two and do a Clean reinstall of Windows OS)

have you tried booting up in safe mode? f8 usually!
can you still get into the bios? if so, check and make sure the boot devices are correct, have you installed new hardware? or software? this is most likely to be prob
