Yes. I feel complete. My kids and family are safe and happy. I have a roof over my head and food to eat. I have been cigarette free for 5 days and that makes me feel like I accomplished something great.
Life isn't "perfect" but it is good.
One of the ways that I know that I am happy is that I am not hungry. I tend to eat more when I am unhappy.
