If those are the lyrics of the songs its 'Love is Life' by Lily Frost ... i think Hot Chocolate also sang a song with the same name

I did a search and all i could come up with was Strata. I have never heard of them.

They were called Opus and I seem to remember that they all had very dodgy moustaches and mullets.
