I still listen to classic rock more than anything. Zeppelin is my favorite band. But I also love Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Blue Oyster Cult, Thin Lizzy, CCR, Aerosmith, Queen and metal like Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Slayer and Pantera.
As for todays band there are not too many. I like Tool, Buckcherry, Theory of a Deadman and Wolfmother. In the metal genre I like Lamb of God, Devil Driver and Opeth.

Led Zepplin, Scorpions, Rush, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Pat Benetar, Foreigner, The Police, Molly Hatchet, The Who, Nazareth, to name several.
Today, they haven't released an album in a while, but I really enjoy The Offspring. Also, Disturbed, Nine Inch Nails. A lot of alternative stuff.

Scorpions, Lufcer' s Friend, black Sabbath., Nektar. Budgie. I could go for a while. Montrose is one of the better U.S. bands. to day not very many at all. actually i can not think of even one. & the Doors. just remembered [brain dead today] Bon Scott, AC/DC,,,,,,,,,,,,got to have Deep Purple, & Rainbow, Ten Years After.
