You would probably be best travelling overnight the night before - buses take ages!

Can't you go by train?

lol thats a good one we went by car from stirling only stopping 1 time for a coffee as we had sandwiches in car we left at 8 in morning and we got there just before one i dont think you would get there any faster in a bus why not leave a day before and spend the night in a b&b

Not possible by bus/coach. By train leave at 0719 or 0852 to arrive at 1100 or 1200. (Travel assumed Mon-Fri, check for Sat, almost certainly not possible on Sun).
