Because it objectifies women. "You can brush my hair, undress me everywhere" "kiss me here, touch me there" etc.
I personally don't know what the big deal is... That kind of stuff goes on everywhere, every day.

Because it's ditzy Euro-Pop. It has a catchy beat and less-than-meaningful lyrics. Its the same reason alot of R&B/Rap songs and even artists don't last too long compared to others.
