Dress him up like he is one of those carousel ponies. Glue wrapping paper rolls together and make a long pole to hold onto and decorate him up all fancy with ribbons and stuff =)

Make him a little butterfly costume. Atennae and wings are simple to make and cute on him. My friend has done this for halloween with her shetland.
