What language do want this programmed in?

In whichever language you use, you'd simply need to create a loop which increments up 1. Within that loop, print the value of the loop to the screen.

Are you asking for the program or the Algorithm ?

Algorithm is the methodology used to make this particular task occur irrespective of the Programming Language.
