I bought a pack of gerber tank top sleeve onsies at Wal-Mart a few months back, they are adorable and seem quite new.

Gerber makes tank top onses for both boys and girls. I just bought 2 packages for my daughter. She has lots of summer clothes that are really short sleeved. I also think a baby should always wear a onsie. I bought my from Baby Depot @ Burlinton Coat Factory.

Old Navy makes tank top and spaghetti strap onesies. Also try Gap and Gymboree

Yes, both Gerber and other non-name brands make the sleeveless or tank-top onesies.
I had them for my daughter the summer that she was born.
