Both matches against Kane were phenominal, as were the matches against Randy Orton, Triple H, and Ric Flair. Who else would've thought to turn the Figure Four into a Chokeslam? Who else kicked out of an RKO?
Those were my top 5, but in which order?
5. the rematch with Kane (lack of length is why it's so far down my list)
4. Triple H
3. Ric Flair (better than the Triple H match because of the use of a Chokeslam to counter the Figure Four)
2. the first match with Kane (would've been #1 if Kane didn't have the match won before giving Undertaker a second life in the match)

Wrestlemania 14: Taker vs. Kane! This was back in high school and WWE sold me on the build-up hype for this match.
Taker won, but it took 3 tombstones to bring down the Big Red Machine. :)
